The Annual Conference, themed "Together Strong," brings together education leaders to collaborate, learn, and empower one another. This event focuses on fostering unity and resilience within school communities, offering insightful sessions on best practices, innovation in human resources, and strategies for creating supportive environments for staff.

Register before November 15th and you will receive the Early Bird Discount. You can also take advantage of our Full Conference Group Rate discount, First Time Attendee discount or daily on-site registration options.
Don't forget to reserve your overnight accommodations at one of the hotels surrounding the Convention Center. You can find a list of options by clicking on the “Hotel” button below. To receive a discounted rate, use the link provided or call the hotel directly and mention the 2025 PASPA Conference. ***PLEASE NOTE: due to the pending sale and conditions of the Marriott Hotel connected to the Convention Center, we will not be partnering with them for room accommodations this year. You may choose to stay at that location but there is not a room block or group discount.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made through December 25, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on or after December 26, 2024 through January 25, 2025 will receive a credit to their PASPA account in the amount of 50% of their registration fee to be used toward a future PASPA event within the next 12 months.
Cancellations made on or after January 26, 2025 will not receive a refund or credit.
