2024-2025 PASPA Membership Renewals

New this year - Memberships will automatically renew on July 1st! After July 1st, just login to make an online payment or print off the invoice to mail in a check.

The Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators is the state organization for school personnel administrators and is a unified voice on personnel issues. How to Renew?

Primary Institutional Members can renew after June 1st in a few simple steps:

Sign in to your PASPA member account at paspa.org, after July 1st.
Process your payment online or print off an invoice to mail a check.

You will have the opportunity to add or delete associate members. If you wish to assign a new primary member or make changes to your current membership for your organization or have any questions, please contact support@paspa.org.

Membership FAQs

Primary Institutional Member Renewal: $225
Associate Member Renewal: $50

An Institutional Membership provides one (1) primary membership for your organization. Up to ten (10) associate members can be added to an Institutional Membership at $50 each. PASPA By-Laws only permit Act 93 staff the right to vote and hold office. Memberships are effective July 1 - June 30, each year.

Retired PASPA Member Renewal: $20

For retired individuals with at least one (1) year of PASPA membership prior to retirement. Retired members may participate in all association activities but cannot hold office or vote. Memberships are effective July 1 - June 30, each year.

Refer a Friend Details

Are you liking all that PASPA has to offer? Then Tell A Friend! Simply sign in to your PASPA Member account, click on your name in the upper right corner, select Tell A Friend, and enter your friend's name and email. If your friend opens a **new Primary Institutional Membership for the 2024-2025 school year and lists you as the referrer, you'll receive a $50 gift card!

**A new primary member refers to a Primary Institutional Member whose organization was not a member in the 2023-2024 school year.
