Staff burnout is one of the biggest challenges facing schools today, and HR leaders are often the first to feel it. In this interactive webinar, keynote speaker and organizational facilitator Niki Campbell, Founder & CEO of The Flourish Group, shares practical, research-informed strategies school leaders can use to strengthen staff resilience, support well-being across their teams, and build a culture where people can do their best work. Participants will leave with tools they can put into practice right away. The session includes 45 minutes of content followed by 15 minutes for questions and discussion.
