Join our friends from Your Money Line who will presenting on financial confidence and stability.
This holistic presentation addresses multiple facets of financial wellness. We begin by looking at the realities of financial wellness for education staff, then move into the 10 factors of Financially Stable Educators. By walking through the most important elements of financial stability, we’re able to identify and address the realities of household income, emergency funds, paying bills, saving for the future, and, most of all, handling the financial present that weighs deeply on the minds of educators.
Then, we take a deeper dive into PSLF, building a budget, credit card debt, housing, childcare costs, and more. Ultimately, we look at how Human Resources and Education Leadership can provide the most effective support for their staff to help them navigate the realities of their financial challenges so that they are better equipped to focus on their passion: the students in their classrooms.
