Title IX Amendments: What School Administrators Need to Know Now
The long-awaited amendments to the Title IX regulations have finally arrived and carry with them a compliance deadline of August 1, 2024. The new Title IX regulations significantly broaden the protections of Title IX by changing the definition of sex discrimination, expanding legal protections for LGBTQI+ and pregnant students, and significantly modifying the grievance process for complaints.
Please join Fox Rothschild attorneys Bonnie Young and Alexis Spurlock on Wednesday, June 5 at 1:30 pm for a 45-minute presentation tailored to school administrators and those responsible for Title IX compliance.
